Description
Lepista personata, the field blewit, is a conditionally edible mushroom of the genus Lepista. The cap is greyish-buff while the stem is bright violet, which is how the species is recognised. It grows in the open — on meadows and pastures, in gardens and parks — often in rings, in late autumn. Translated from the Russian-language Wikipedia.
